Various concepts were explored, all with the goal to capture the problem the article addresses. Some proposed concepts showed a more straightforward representation of the issue while others highlighted the issue in a symbolic or metaphorical manner.

The chosen concept is a take on the modern Sisyphus in the workplace. The visual clearly shows women struggling in climbing the career ladder juxtaposed with men easily going to the top due to existing biased workplace policies that often times benefit men more than women.
