Forest Foundation Philippines is a non-profit organization providing grants and technical assistance to organizations and individuals that empower the people to protect and conserve the forests.
We were tasked to produce content for their social media platforms aimed to communicate the organization's goals and to educate the general public on the state of our Philippine forests and what efforts are being done to protect them.
Art direction for this took inspiration from Forest Foundation's branding. As we created more content, the look also evolved while still respecting the overall brand. Playing on the brand's geometric shapes ended up producing a number of creative designs that made the information more appealing and digestible for the audience.
Geometric illustrations were given textures and shadings to create more depth and still give an organic look on the shapes used. This style was used specifically for Forest Foundation's art-focused content.
Playing on different combinations of geometric shapes allowed for a more dynamic look and created patterns to break the monotony of simple solid shapes.
